Vince De Francesco
Senior Partner
Vince’s academic background is Economics majoring in Accounting and Business Law. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant and Tax Agent and has over 35 years of professional experience in providing accounting and taxation services. Vince’s experience includes working with the Taxation Office, a fund manager and he was the NSW Taxation Manager at Perpetual Trustee up until 2001 where he has had 10 years’ experience in estate planning, deceased estates and investments and self-managed super funds. Vince has been in public practice now for over 20 years and offers the full range of tax planning services including consultation for GST, FBT, capital gains tax matters and Estate planning consultation to small and large businesses.
Harry Khalili
Partner
Harry has over 10 years of experience in commerce and public practice. He is a Chartered Accountant and his academic background in Economics, Commerce and Accounting and considerable experience enables him to assist clients with the development of their business by providing a complete service including; accounting and taxation compliance, detailed business and taxation planning, financial budgeting and forecasts, operational and system reviews. He looks after small to large corporate groups across a variety of industries including; IT, Building & Construction, property developers, trade services and retailers.
Shirley Shi
Senior Accountant
Shirley has completed two degrees in Accounting and Finance. Having over 3-years’ experience in public practice, dealing with wide range of clients, Shirley has brought outstanding knowledge and experience to the team in Elite. She is keen to continuously improve herself and recently started the Chartered Accountants course.
Sylvia Lan
Accountant
Sylvia’s academic background is in Commerce and Accounting. She has been working in public practice for past 4 years and joined our team around 3.5 years ago. She has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with accounting and tax matters for a wide range of clients from individuals to businesses.
Frances De Francesco
Office Manager
Frances’s background is in retail and she provides office support, is engaged in marketing and liaise with clients, The Taxation Office and all other government bodies.
Andy Peng
Graduate Accountant
Andy completed a master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Tasmania. His current duties include assisting with individual tax returns and BAS preparation. Andy also assists with general administration and office duties. Andy is an associate member of CPA Australia. As part of his drive for ongoing professional development, Andy is currently half way through the CPA program.
Connie Giannini
Bookkeeper
Connie is a certified bookkeeper and has had over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She has an accounting qualification and is payroll and MYOB expert. She has had extensive experience dealing with clients in Retail and building and construction industries.
Gavin Blake
Independent Consultant
Gavin is a certified Financial Planner and Retirement specialist and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He has been providing financial advice since 1998. He provides advise in superannuation; including SMSF’s, investment advice, direct securities, retirement income streams, estate planning and personal insurances Retirement & Aged Care. His fixed fee for service pricing model provides clarity for clients and represents value for money.
